I never received a test-samples-received notification, is my kit lost?

If you returned your test kit to the lab but have not received a test-samples-received notification indicating the kit arrived at the lab, first check the return tracking link provided in your order-fulfilled email. You can use the following link to track that ID.

If your kit shows it was delivered to the lab, or if it appears lost in transit, please reach out to support@poweredbyash.com to confirm. Tracking IDs may update in the USPS system but not in the Ash system, so it is possible your kit has been received by the lab.
