Do I need someone to help me collect my sample?

No, all test kits are completely self-collected and should not require any additional support. 

All self-collection kits will include printed instructions walking you through each step of the collection process, including properly packaging and returning your samples. These written instructions, along with collection videos for most collection devices, can also be found in the "Written and Video instructions" section of this Patient Support Center.
