Do I need someone to help me collect my sample?

No, all convenience tests should not require any additional support. 

All kits will include printed instructions walking through each step of the collection process, including properly packaging and returning samples. These written instructions, along with collection videos for most collection devices, can also be found in the "Written and Video instructions" section of this Patient Support Center.
