How do I know if my kit is ready to be returned?
It is always good to double check your kit to ensure you have completed every step necessary for the lab to process your samples!
Review these steps and make sure your kit is ready to be placed in the mail:
1. Used all equipment provided to collect sample
2. Wrote your FULL name, date of birth, and collection date & time on the collection tube -
the lab will not be able to run your sample without this information!
3. Placed your sample into the bag provided
4. Put bagged sample back into the kit box
Now, to return your kit, simply tuck the flaps at the front of lid into the sides to secure it. Place the box in the polymailer, ensure the pre-paid return label is adhered and drop off at your local USPS location!
