How do I return my sample?

Be sure to return your kit as soon as possible after collecting your samples.  Samples have a stability window and the longer you wait to return your kit, the more likely the lab will not be able to process it.

To return your test kit, follow the below instructions:

1. Place your completed samples inside a blood card bag or biohazard bag(s) in accordance with the instructions provided. All samples must be placed inside a bag, but you may place more than one sample inside the same bag. Review your instructions for more detail.

2. Place your bagged sample(s) into the box your kit originally arrived in and tuck the flaps at the front of lid into the sides to secure it.

3. Place your filled box into the polymailer bag provided and be sure the prepraid return label is adhered.

4. Bring your test kit to your nearest USPS. We recommend dropping it off at a post office, as opposed to a drop box, to ensure the kits has been properly scanned!
