How do I set up my account?

Please navigate to the URL or scan the QR code provided on your welcome card. This is will bring you to your patient portal.

Select the "Create an Account" button.

You will be prompted to input some basic information for lab processing purposes as well as a valid email and password. You will use this email and password to log back into the portal to view results, so be sure you store the information somewhere!

Once you have input all the information, click "CONTINUE", and you will be directed to the homepage. Click the "Register Your Kit" button on the righthand side to complete the registration process.
