Is registering my kit the same as setting up my portal account?

No, these are two distinct steps, both of which are necessary for the lab to process your tests and for you to view results.


Creating an account is the first step of the process. First, scan the QR code or navigate to the link on the welcome card provided in your kit. From there, you will be prompted to enter an email, password and basic information to set up your account. Once you have input all the information, click "CONTINUE", and you will be directed to the homepage.


Once you have successfully created an account and are viewing the homepage, you MUST also register your kit! To do so, click onto the “Register Your Kit” button on the righthand side of the homepage or navigate to this page directly using the dropdown menu in the upper lefthand corner.


Note: If you send back samples without registering your kit, the lab will not be able to process your results.
