Who has access to my information?

The at-home testing process is HIPAA compliant and ensures that your personal information is not shared with anyone who does not need it to perform their job. When you set up your portal account, you will set a password that ensures you are the only person who can access your results and personal information. 

You will be asked to put your full name, date of birth, and your collection date on the sample you send back to the lab. This information is required to verify that you are the same person who will be receiving the results.
